Custom order process
Step 1
Submit request
Fill out the form below with your size, shape, and ideas. Use our sizing guide first so the fit is right. We may email you if we need a clarification. Sending a request is not a guarantee we'll accept the order.
Step 2
Decision
We review every request and decide whether we can take it. We reserve the right to decline any custom design. If we accept, you'll get an email with the price and a special checkout link on our website. If we can't take it, we'll email you that too.
Step 3
Purchase
If you're approved, we'll make you a custom link you can use to add your set to your cart and purchase. We don't start designing or painting your nails until payment is complete. Once we start start painting no changes can be made.
- Plan ahead. Custom sets take extra time. If you need them by a certain date, request 1 month+ ahead of time. We do not guarantee rush orders.
- Handmade, not copy-paste. Colors, details, and overall look may differ a bit from inspiration photos. That's the nature of a custom, hand-painted set.
- Final sale. Custom orders are final sale and aren't eligible for returns, exchanges, or Checkout+ free return coverage. Double-check your size and shape before you submit — we can't remake a set because the fit or style wasn't what you expected.
